Creamfields has been approved a new license in 2013 that will increase capacity from 60,000 for the festival. Members of Halton Borough Council's licensing Committee on Wednesday for a new three year plan agreed to license.
Under the agreement, capacity growth this year from 50,000, 55,000 will be next year and 60,000 by 2013.
